Payments for platform services are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or specifically approved by AdmnWizard AI LLC.

AI-powered features may occasionally generate inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected outputs. Such AI limitations do not automatically qualify for refunds.
Future subscription services may be canceled at any time. Access will generally continue until the end of the active billing cycle.
Failure to cancel prior to subscription renewal dates does not automatically qualify for refunds.
Annual enterprise, organizational, or B2B agreements are generally non-refundable unless otherwise specified in separate written agreements or SLAs.
Excessive, abusive, fraudulent, or repeated refund requests may result in account suspension or service restrictions.
Approved refunds may require approximately 5–10 business days for processing, depending on payment providers and banking systems.
Refund policies may be updated periodically as platform services, pricing models, and subscription systems evolve.
